About the role
- Provide essential administrative and operational support to destination specialists
- Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on requests of destination specialists
- Input booking details into the company’s booking system
- Process and manage bookings accurately, capturing all necessary information
- Handle various administrative tasks, including filing and report generation
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Contribute to the ongoing development of sales support processes
Requirements
- Recent experience or in-depth background in the travel industry
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good administrative and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
