About the role

  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to destination specialists

  • Input booking details into the company’s booking system
  • Process and manage bookings accurately, capturing all necessary information
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including filing and report generation
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of sales support processes

Requirements

  • Recent experience or in-depth background in the travel industry
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good administrative and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
