About the role

  • Preparatory financial and payroll accounting: You are responsible for independently preparing the monthly financial and payroll accounting.
  • Reporting & controlling: You collect and structure our financial data for internal analyses.
  • Liquidity management: Ensure that all payments are made on time.
  • Administrative process optimization: You support the further development and standardization of administrative processes.
  • Administrative support: You also take on selected administrative tasks in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Numerical aptitude & digital skills: You enjoy working with numbers and have strong Excel skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools: Ideally, you have experience with accounting or controlling software.
  • Attention to detail & sense of responsibility: You work in a structured, precise, and reliable manner.
  • Organizational talent & overview: You maintain an overview across multiple projects and budgets and structure information clearly.
