About the role
- Managing policy development, projects and related activities in the Education Supports Sector
- Coordinating research and analysis activities to support current and emerging policy issues
- Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting development and implementation of comprehensive strategies
- Managing contracts and external consultants/vendors
- Leading sector work to align and coordinate ministry initiatives
Requirements
- University graduation in Education, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- Three (3) years progressively responsible experience
- Significant knowledge and experience in policy development
- Experience in program evaluation and data management
- Experience in developing and implementing stakeholder engagements
- Experience in developing analysis, reports, briefing notes, and policy options
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Experience leading a team of policy professionals
