About the role
- Drive Alberta’s market access and investment attraction strategies, supporting priority industries
- Represent Alberta’s interests with Indian and Canadian government officials, private sector leaders, and key stakeholders
- Gather and analyze sector-specific market opportunities
- Lead Alberta’s advocacy efforts, ensuring coordinated messaging and impactful communication strategies
- Manage Alberta’s New Delhi and Mumbai offices, overseeing budgets, strategy implementation, and a team of professionals
Requirements
- University graduation in a field related to the position assignment, preferred degree with a focus in Business or Economics,
- Eight years progressively responsible experience
- Candidates MUST be Canadian Citizens in order to received Global Affairs Canada Security Clearance.
