About the role
- The Senior Analyst provides strategic leadership for specialized policing programs
- Identify issues, assess needs, and propose solutions to improve police efforts on repeat offending
- Develop proposals, briefing notes, and business cases to inform senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong cross-ministry and stakeholder relationships
- Support implementation of specialized policing initiatives
Requirements
- University graduation in Humanities, Social Services or Criminology plus four (4) years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below:
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with inter-disciplinary teams.
- Experience developing and implementing strategies, policies and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with law enforcement.
