About the role

  • Develop, procure, manage and administer various types of agreements across social programs
  • Lead/support procurement of services and manage contracts to meet needs of Albertans
  • Monitor and manage contracts ensuring compliance and achievement of outcomes
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Requirements

  • University graduation in a related field (Bachelor of Social Work, Business Administration, Social Sciences etc.)
  • 4 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Assisted Living and Social Services programs and delivery models
  • Skilled in procurement practices, trade agreements, solicitation methods, risk management, and service delivery standards
  • Proficiency in computer systems and information management tools
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
