About the role

  • Receive, comprehend, provide, and respond to routine informational inquiries and service requests through telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet
  • Provide junior computer user support for the US Coast Guard program
  • Work remotely from St. Louis location (position is full remote location)
  • Participate in interview and hiring process requirements including virtual interviews and biometric ID verification screening

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 2 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Must be clearable up to an active Secret clearance
  • Receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests via telephone, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet
  • Background check including: Criminal history (past 7 years), education verification, and employment history verification
