About the role
- Manage data cutover preparations and monitoring cutover activities
- Gather and produce cutover status reports during pre and post cutover activities
- Leverage excellent writing skills to translate complicated issues to create a concise, and well-written narrative
- Develop and maintain summary data dashboards, workflow automation tools for executive and technical audiences
- Develop or provide feedback on clear and concise data communications products and materials for internal or external audiences
- Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of report artifacts
- Track, forecast, and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
- Formulate responses for weekly executive report
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research and 8+ years of experience (or commensurate experience)
- 5 years related work experience required
- Certifications in relevant UX software plus 3-5 years of relevant experience OR 5 to 7 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
- Solid experience with Microsoft and other collaborative tools including Teams, Power Apps, Jira, etc.
- Advanced skills in using MS Office applications, particularly SharePoint and Power Apps administration for managing dashboards and team communications across the enterprise
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess analytical skills.
