  • Provide operational support for Zscaler product suite
  • Configure and tune systems for optimization
  • Troubleshoot complex networking issues
  • Ensure compliance with security standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in network security
  • 2+ years of experience with Zscaler
  • Deep understanding of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Experience with App Connectors and Branch Connectors
  • Familiarity with Zscaler architecture
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Understanding of Zero Trust principles
