Design, develop, implement, and maintain innovative digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Provide subject matter expertise on source system data and business rules to support databases and analytic systems.
Perform data validation to assure data quality within new and enhanced databases.
Develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards and reports.
Utilize Dataverse for data storage and integrate with SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and approved external systems.
Provide ongoing operational support, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
Manage solution deployments, version control, and environment management.
Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and end-users to gather requirements and conduct UAT.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in developing, implementing, and managing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS).
Understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
