About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain SSAS solutions, including OLAP cubes and tabular models
  • Develop and maintain SSAS cubes and tabular models to support business intelligence reporting
  • Design ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs
  • Ensure performance optimization of SSAS solutions, including indexing and partitioning strategies
  • Implement and maintain data security and role-based access controls within SSAS
  • Troubleshoot SSAS-related issues and provide ongoing support for BI solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field. (or commensurate experience)
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional expertise.
  • Microsoft certifications in SQL Server or Azure Data Engineering.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytics solutions (Azure, AWS).
  • Optimizing SSAS models for efficiency and performance tuning.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
