About the role
- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and functionality
- Design and code applications following specifications using Microsoft tools
- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards
- Develop and integrate plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and PowerApps
- Maintain and modify existing software applications to improve performance
- Analyze detailed system factors, including input and output requirements
- Recommend system enhancements and best practices
- Conduct data migration, cleansing, and integration activities
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and design sessions
- Provide end-user support and training
- Write or revise program documentation and user guides
- Develop test plans, conduct unit and system testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- Expertise in developing and sustaining an application in Dynamics365
- Analytical and investigation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Processes.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with Azure.
- Experience with code versioning and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Teams etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in a remote work environment.
