About the role

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic expansion within SAVii’s existing B2B portfolio
  • Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and deepening partnerships with leading local and multinational companies in the Philippines
  • Play a key role in expanding the adoption of SAVii’s integrated solutions, including GoTyme payroll services and other partner offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to all targeted client accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and expand SAVii’s existing B2B accounts
  • Handle contract renewals to ensure continuity, account retention, and portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other relevant stakeholders to structure proposals, secure approvals, and close expansion deals
  • Track and forecast account growth pipeline; meet assigned portfolio revenue and uptake targets
  • Monitor client performance, usage trends, and account health to identify expansion opportunities or potential risks
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address client questions or concerns, risks to retention and account stability
  • Keep CRM and all relevant tools well-documented and updated with stakeholder maps, engagement records, and opportunity movement
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and confidentiality protocols in handling client and business information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall client success and business growth

Requirements

  • Strong track record in driving and converting enterprise-level sales opportunities
  • Minimum 1 year of account management or client-facing roles such as project management, implementation, operations management, or product management
  • Experience as a sales executive or client relationship manager would be an advantage
  • Strong people person and an expert in two-way communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and obtain results through working with others
  • Organized, high-energy, and results-driven, capable of being a leader within the company
  • Superior problem-solving skills, ability to identify issues, root causes, and solutions
  • Able to work with a diverse team
  • Can talk to both top executives of multinational companies and top “old-school” local executives of the local companies
