• Design, build, and maintain foundational dashboards in Metabase
• Enrich the semantic context and reliability of GotPhoto’s in-house AI analytics agent
• Mentor peer analysts, champion analytical rigor, and systematically turn repetitive ad-hoc ticket spikes into scalable, automated self-serve models
• Work collaboratively with the BI Chapter and the Data Platform team
