About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as an initial technical point of contact for complex escalations
Investigate issues thoroughly in close collaboration with development teams to identify root causes and drive effective solutions
Help design, build, or enhance automated tools that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
Propose, develop, or implement improvements and tooling that help teams work more effectively
Work in an embedded model alongside development teams, acting as a collaborative partner and bridge between engineering and a range of technical stakeholders
Play a key role during incidents, helping coordinate response efforts and guide teams toward resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Professional experience (typically 2+ years) in a similar role within an engineering environment
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical systems
English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write in a professional environment
