About the role
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Hungary and other assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with in-country payroll providers (ICPs), gather input data, review outputs, and prepare payrolls for approval
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and participate in global payroll projects
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting in a structured and organized manner
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll within an international or multi-country environment
- Proven expertise in Hungarian payroll
- Strong command of spoken English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote working environment
