About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement geo-specific People strategies aligned with local regulations and cultural expectations.
- Lead regional initiatives across talent acquisition, engagement, organizational design, and change.
- Drive compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and company policies.
- Oversee employee relations matters and provide expert guidance on complex cases.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance within HR systems (Workday)
- Assess and refine organizational structures to improve alignment, agility, and productivity.
- Lead succession planning and talent movement discussions across the region.
- Build trusted relationships with Sales leadership to align People initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
- Promote consistent performance management and recognition practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred) OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR / People Business Partner experience.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK and employment law.
- Experience partnering with commercial or Sales functions is preferred.
