About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions according to business requirements
  • Develop scalable and maintainable applications in partnership with the Platform Architect on larger initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to translate requirements into user stories and technical deliverables
  • Participate in DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD, and release management
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle to create and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and integrations
  • Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and data security guidelines
  • Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation
  • Implement security and compliance best practices for data access and storage
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continual codebase improvement
  • Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Develop and maintain integration with external systems and platforms
  • Ensure data integrity and synchronization across connected applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates graduating between 2025 and 2026 are eligible.
  • Course work, project based, or internship experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL)
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and data security
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex Salesforce environments
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD processes, and code review practices
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts as part of a global team
  • Salesforce certifications.
