About the role

  • As a business-savvy data product leader you will translate business strategy into data platform capabilities that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • You'll combine strong product thinking and business acumen with strategic engineering leadership, setting direction for our India-based team while ensuring data products deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • You'll spend most of your time understanding business needs, defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps based on business impact, and partnering with executives across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • You'll also provide strategic technical direction and develop your engineering leaders, maintaining accountability for delivery excellence, and platform reliability.
  • You'll lead the transformation of our data platform to power product-led growth, e-commerce optimization, and overall enterprise level analytics at scale.
  • Your data products will enable customer 360, experimentation, personalization, and intelligent engagement across our 800,000+ customers—driving the analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives that fuel our business.
  • You'll directly manage Senior Managers in India who lead our ~30-person engineering, data science, and analytics organizations. While they own day-to-day technical execution, you own the overall product strategy, platform outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and their professional development as leaders.
  • You will also lead a small, distributed product management team partnered with these engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years in SaaS and more than 5 years in product management, with deep expertise in subscription models, user-centric platform development, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and adoption through impactful data products at scale.
  • Over 3 years managing and developing engineering leaders, with a strong technical background to review architectures and guide technical decisions.
  • 8 + years in leadership positions, including experience managing managers and building teams of 30-40+ people, with a proven track record of developing talent into leadership roles or serving as a key mentor.
  • Proven experience delivering impactful data products (e.g., Customer 360, analytics, predictive models), operationalizing self-service analytics, and enabling non-technical users.
  • Skilled in modern data architecture (data mesh/fabric), product analytics tooling, and applying ML/AI solutions such as recommendation engines and intelligent automation.
