About the role
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for bringing our voice platform to market.
- Work closely with Contact Center stakeholders and our GoTo product teams, including developers, designers, and marketing teams, to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in unified communications (voice features, reporting, APIs).
- Monitor product performance, perform data analyses, and use key metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree is an asset.
- Proven experience as a senior product management specialist or in a similar role, with a particular focus on VoIP platforms and related features.
- Strong understanding of development processes and methodologies, especially in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze user needs and translate them into clear product specifications.
- Experience defining and executing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product backlogs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to create engaging user experiences.
- Knowledge of the SIP protocol and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities effectively.
