Project Manager Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Project Managers with daily operations across multiple client accounts
- Assist in organizing shoots, including sourcing props and coordinating logistics
- Manage and coordinate incoming traffic requests
- Source and coordinate models and locations for productions
- Handle logistics such as sending packages and products to creators
- Prepare meetings, take notes, and ensure clear follow-ups and reporting
- Manage product deliveries and maintain an organized stock system
Requirements
What you’ll need- A third or final year student in creative/media/entertainment studies or similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a solution-oriented attitude
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English
- Affinity with social media and a strong understanding of digital culture and trends
- Available for 6 months
- You must be enrolled in a university within the EU
- You hold a valid residence permit and have a Dutch BSN
- You are based in NL
- Available to come to the office in Amsterdam
