About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
  • Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
  • Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make-readies, ensure all apartments scheduled for move-ins are fully completed prior to move-in.
  • Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager.
  • Tackle seasonal prep such as snow removal or fall cleanup.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call assignment.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
  • HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
