About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
- Maintain exterior of the property and pool areas along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
- Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
- Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
- Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
- Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
- Communicate with vendors and contractors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
- Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
- CPO certification preferred.
