About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Organize, schedule, and oversee the maintenance workflow for the community.
Work within established budgets and assist with managing vendor relationships and bidding processes.
Respond to work orders and perform corrective maintenance with professionalism and resident focus.
Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager.
Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make-readies.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance and property inspections.
Participate in the on-call emergency maintenance rotation as assigned.
Support a safe, clean, and attractive community environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of maintenance experience required, lead experience is a plus!
Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills.
Ability to read and complete work orders and service requests.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair.
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
Ability to participate in on-call emergency rotation.
HVAC EPA Type ll or Universal certification preferred.
