• Lead market research projects to size opportunities, assess customer needs, and map the competitive landscape.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations that shape product direction, roadmap priorities, and GTM focus.
• Define and validate ICPs and buyer personas using structured interviews and data-driven analysis.
• Test and validate value propositions through customer discovery, win/loss insights, and competitor analysis.
• Create product positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers and international markets.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and RevOps to design repeatable GTM playbooks for launches and expansions.
• Coordinate and drive launch execution across functions (content, enablement, product readiness, sales readiness).
• Establish success metrics and dashboards to track GTM performance and drive iteration.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to gather market intelligence.
• Synthesize insights into actionable guidance for product teams and commercial teams.
• Shape narratives that resonate with C-level buyers and support Gorilla’s thought leadership—primarily through content, enablement, and customer proof points.
• Represent the “voice of the market” internally by proactively surfacing patterns, risks, and opportunities.

• Design and build the company’s first centralized data warehouse from the ground up, providing end-to-end data visibility and establishing a single source of truth across the business.
• Provide the executive team with the visibility required to manage the business while speeding up access to fundamental data needed.
• Deliver high-impact, priority dashboards for executives and key stakeholders, focusing on clarity, usability, and actionability.
• Build and own end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from systems such as HubSpot, internal product/platform data, and other key sources.
• Define standardized data models, KPIs, and a company-wide data dictionary to ensure consistent reporting across teams.
• Establish data governance and security controls, including role-based access tiers, to ensure the data platform meets internal and external security standards.
