Associate

• Participates in conceptual design and provides support throughout the project
• Serves as a lead on specific designs
• Liaises with Project Management and consultants
• Develops lead technical viewpoints on projects
• Coordinates with Director and Department Head

Associate III

• Responsible for technical design aspects of major projects
• Assists with design presentations and project design development
• Provides support for consistent and high-quality designs
• Collaborates with senior architectural team
• Documents and records communication with team members and contractors

Associate II

• Assist with production of construction documents from Schematic Design through Project Closeout
• This includes all aspects of document detailing into shop drawings and submittal reviews
• Ensure factory standards and/or design intent standards are adhered too while providing the owner with their desired function
• Maintain progress of project by coordinating with Project Manager(s) / Architect(s) and upper management
