- Handle Business and Commercial Litigation matters
- Contribute to active, complex litigation in state and federal court
- Engage in legal research and writing
- Collaborate with team members on cases
- Manage cases from inception throughout the litigation process
Requirements
- Business and Commercial Litigation Attorneys
- licensed and admitted to practice in California
- excellent academic background
- proven skills in writing, analysis, research
- self-starter able to take ownership of work
- experience propounding and responding to written discovery
- experience taking depositions
- experience drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions
- trial experience preferred but not required
- experience defending class actions a plus but not required
