Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate professionally with clients, contacts, attorneys, and other paralegals
Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings and conducting legal research
Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery
Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses
Assist in trial preparation and provide live trial support

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience as a litigation-focused paralegal
Undergraduate degree and/or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate required
Experience in litigation support and case management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production
Familiarity with the Tennessee or Florida State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
