Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of civil defense litigation experience
- experience handling matters involving transportation/trucking, product liability, and/or commercial litigation
- strong litigation fundamentals
- experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, written discovery for large, corporate clients, case strategy, working with experts, case investigation, legal research, court appearances, client communication, and managing complex cases through all phases of litigation
- must be licensed and admitted to practice in North Carolina
