About the role
- Engage in complex litigation in both state and federal court
- Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience with litigation involving first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania (admission to New Jersey is a plus)
- Trial experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
