About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting: Research, identify, and target new business opportunities and potential leads across the EMEA region.
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through high-volume phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other professional communication platforms.
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers to identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined outreach activity.
- Develop creative outreach strategies and messaging to maximize response rates.
- Build effective relationships with prospective clients through regular outreach and networking.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to nurture relationships and advance opportunities.
- Work closely with senior sales leadership to support development of strategies for market penetration and growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of successful outbound telephone sales, business development, or lead generation experience is essential.
- Proven track record in proactive prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
- Experience working within a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Demonstrated success using LinkedIn and professional outreach tools to generate leads and engage prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline activity and reporting.
- Experience working across EMEA markets is advantageous.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is preferred; proficiency in English is essential.
