About the role

  • Help manage Gopuff’s national college ambassador program.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and motivating ambassadors to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly campus initiatives including tabling, flyering, dorm outreach, and social media campaigns.
  • Track ambassador performance and maintain regular communication to ensure goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand positioning for select moments and how to bring it to life.
  • Support the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns aligned with Gopuff’s national strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and distribute marketing materials like flyers, swag, and signage.
  • Manage logistics and budgets for activations, including product sampling and partnership events on and near campus.
  • Assist in creating and repurposing ambassador-generated content for use across Gopuff’s digital channels.
  • Monitor trends and help brainstorm content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Encourage and reward community engagement through challenges, giveaways, and viral stunts.
  • Source and support social, content & talent opportunities: inclusive of influencer campaigns, celebrity appearances & promotions, and content ideation and creation.
  • Identify and support local partnership opportunities with campus orgs, influencers, and local products and/or businesses.
  • Track the effectiveness of local marketing and provide insights to improve impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand ambassadorship, or campus programs (internship experience welcome).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of student culture and how to engage Gen Z audiences both online and in person.
  • Proficiency in social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Data-driven instincts and basic familiarity with tracking tools like Google Sheets or Airtable.
