About the role

  • Support and directly contribute to GFiber’s growth by providing financial analysis & managing and optimizing key FP&A processes in partnership with various teams.
  • Lead financial modeling for Product initiatives like pricing and new product launches.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Network, Supply Chain and Product Strategy leadership for forecasts and business plans.
  • Execute core FP&A responsibilities, such as month-end close and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Deliver insights on financial performance for Finance and Business leadership by developing KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and/or Investment Banking/management consulting.
  • 2 years of experience building financial and business models, with an emphasis on product and financial strategies.
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to departmental leadership teams with an emphasis on influencing with data and modeling.
  • 2 years of experience with SQL.
  • Experience working collaboratively with team members to create and complete complex projects in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to use verbal and written communication to convey and teach individual and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an ever-changing environment with a focus on building adaptable processes for a growing company.
