About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalated employee cases across the full employee lifecycle
Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with company policies and service standards
Provide advanced support for HR systems and technology, including troubleshooting, system updates, integrations, and user support
Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Tier 1 HR teams to address complex issues and deliver employee support solutions
Coordinate with external vendors, benefits providers, payroll partners, and regulatory stakeholders to resolve specialized HR matters and ensure service quality
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while serving as a subject matter expert and driving continuous improvement of HR processes and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in HR support, employee relations, HR operations or a related business field
Experience in a tiered shared service model is a plus
Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, including system administration, troubleshooting, and process support
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external service providers
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal; additional local language proficiency may be required depending on the region
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Advanced HRIS proficiency, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and experience leveraging data and reporting to support decision-making
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality, adaptability, and effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders
