About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the assigned geographic territory by driving sales volume and maintaining a premium Goodyear and Dunlop brand mix
Serve as the primary contact for dealers, building long-term relationships and providing tools and training
Identify and acquire new indirect fleet customers by demonstrating cost-per-kilometre benefits and product technical advantages
Support national fleets managed by Key Account Managers, ensuring service excellence and conducting tire performance checks
Partner with the Network & Service team to manage service providers and ensure quality support for contracted fleets
Use CRM and digital tools such as TireOptix to report market trends, track competitor activity, and provide data-driven customer insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven background in B2B sales or territory management, ideally in automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors
Adaptable, positive, solution-oriented approach to business change
Ability to combine relationship-based account management with proactive new-business hunting
Willingness to learn tire management systems and digital tools
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated and disciplined when working from home
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Fluency in Dutch
Good command of English
Ability to influence dealers and technical fleet engineers
Ability to remain focused on KPIs including volume, mix, and market share
