About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver technical training (in-person, virtual, and hands-on) across automotive systems and emerging technologies
  • Coach technicians in-store, conduct skill gap analyses, and improve diagnostics, productivity, and repair quality
  • Develop and facilitate training programs
  • Track training records, certifications, and effectiveness using LMS while ensuring compliance with standards
  • Partner with internal teams to design curriculum, training materials, and technical content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in automotive technology or related field required; equivalent experience (minimum 8 years) considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic expertise across major vehicle systems
  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
  • Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel 75–80% including overnight
