About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting their questions, feedback, and evolving needs
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships that inspire customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
- Create and maintain account plans that highlight growth opportunities and proactively address potential risks
- Collaborate with the Director of Key Accounts to align customer strategies with company goals
- Share insights about customer preferences, trends, and challenges to help guide better decisions
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 - 5 years of experience in customer development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- A track record of significant business development
- Confidence using MS Office, CRM systems, and data tools such as Excel or Power BI
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events (driver’s license required)
- Experience working in B2B environments and building long-term partnerships
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
