Fleet Solutions Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets
- Grow and protect share of account by strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers
- Serve as a trusted partner to fleets, delivering end-to-end account management and support
- Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet needs
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to Goodyear Commercial PBU objectives, profitably expanding national and local accounts while reducing churn
- Lead solutions-based, consultative selling using data-driven insights to deliver Goodyear’s Total Solution across OE, new tire, and retread offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience
- Proven success managing strategic customer relationships and driving long‑term account growth
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities through proactive prospecting and innovative sales strategies
- Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions‑based and consultative selling
- Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer‑focused leader who influences without authority and collaborates effectively across internal teams and external partners (CTSC, dealers, supply chain, finance)
