About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sell-out performance within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Grow and protect share of account by strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers
  • Serve as a trusted partner to fleets, delivering end-to-end account management and support
  • Collaborate with CTSC teams and servicing dealers to ensure seamless execution of fleet needs
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to Goodyear Commercial PBU objectives, profitably expanding national and local accounts while reducing churn
  • Lead solutions-based, consultative selling using data-driven insights to deliver Goodyear’s Total Solution across OE, new tire, and retread offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and 8+ years of sales experience
  • Proven success managing strategic customer relationships and driving long‑term account growth
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities through proactive prospecting and innovative sales strategies
  • Strong background in B2B sales with deep expertise in solutions‑based and consultative selling
  • Solid business, financial, and negotiation acumen paired with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Customer‑focused leader who influences without authority and collaborates effectively across internal teams and external partners (CTSC, dealers, supply chain, finance)
