About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program’s competitive value.
- Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.
- Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.
- Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities.
- Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.
- Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.
- Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Direct selling experience in a business to business (B2B) environment.
- Experience managing a sales team in a business to business (B2B) environment.
- An understanding of commercial tire product applications, experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is desired.
