About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage, develop, and maintain relationships with fleet-focused organizations within an assigned territory
  • Support Goodyear National Account Retail efforts via communication and sales calls
  • Responsible for the customer interface at the territory level and fostering consultative relationships with target accounts
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with various business stakeholders
  • Ensure effective two-way communications and profitable growth of products aligned with business strategy
  • Deliver account objectives for sales revenue and profitability through existing programs
  • Prospect for new opportunities with local and national fleets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 or more years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships
  • Experience prospecting for growth opportunities by developing and executing innovative sales strategies
  • 5 or more years in Business Development experience
  • Previous B2B sales experience to the executive level
  • Highly self-motivated to relentlessly pursue new business
  • Resilient and able to rebound from setbacks
  • Proactive in reaching out to new customers and ability to establish relationships quickly
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with strong negotiations skills
  • Strong communicator with deep knowledge of business and industry drivers
  • Able to travel inside a local territory - Must have reliable and presentable transportation
