About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement a project management process and GTM planning framework for all planned high-priority releases
- Communicate timelines and announcement plans
- Develop key messaging for each release
- Assign owners and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to keep releases on track
- Develop positioning for our Team plan, targeting sales, marketing, and GTM personas at organizations
- Help build out the sales enablement and pitch process, including supporting collateral
- Collaborate with product on the roadmap, advocating for features and updates our customers need
- Conduct customer interviews to inform positioning and Product decisions
- Run quantitative and qualitative research
- Conduct competitor analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience at a product-led SaaS company (bonus points for GTM technology)
- Power user of AI tools for leverage, research and productivity
- Track record of owning GTM planning and launch process for multiple concurrent releases
- Experience developing positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials from scratch
- Comfortable running customer interviews and synthesizing qualitative/quantitative research
- Strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work independently with light oversight
- Experience with Product analytics tools like Amplitude
- Excellent analytical skills and data literacy
- Available ~30 hrs/week for the duration of the contract
