About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Document current- and future-state business processes using MS Visio, MIRO, and other tools
Support planning and execution of initiatives through structured project management & coordination
Apply foundational project management and Agile & lean principles & techniques
Work with stakeholders and team members to gather and document business and functional requirements
Own and maintain team tooling and artifacts, including Monday.com boards
Track KPIs and business outcomes; synthesize updates into clear insights for leadership
Contribute to the advancement of the Transformation PMO team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
3-6 years of Project Management, Business Process and Agile experience
Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to support projects, including defining scope and developing timelines
Working knowledge of foundational project management principles
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog tracking)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize complex information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
