Key responsibilities & impact

Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team as Senior Manager, IT Project Management
Lead delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across the firm
Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives—spanning enterprise applications, data, infrastructure, and security
Drive execution excellence, ensuring strong governance
Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders for successful outcomes
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Drive disciplined project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints
Establish and maintain project plans, status reporting, and documentation
Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align on priorities and delivery expectations
Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and project team members
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
Promote best practices, standards, and tools for project management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT project/program management
5+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives
Proven track record of delivering technology projects in a matrixed, stakeholder-driven environment
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
PMP, PgMP, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or similar certification
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., document management, finance, HR, CRM platforms)
