About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute OCM strategies and plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies to support successful adoption
- Create and deliver clear, compelling communication plans tailored to diverse audiences (attorneys, business professionals, leadership)
- Develop messaging that articulates the “why,” benefits, and impact of change initiatives
- Design and deliver role-based training programs (live sessions, e-learning, job aids, and guides)
- Drive user adoption strategies, including champion networks, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities
- Partner with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to integrate OCM into delivery plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in change management, communications, training, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
