About the role
- Design end-to-end learning experiences that align with defined curricula, learning pathways, and adoption goals.
- Apply learner-centered, UX-informed design principles to improve engagement, usability, and effectiveness of learning solutions.
- Design blended learning approaches incorporating live delivery, self-paced content, microlearning, and performance support.
- Translate learning objectives into effective learning modules, practice opportunities, and assessments.
- Partner with various stakeholders to modernize delivery methods and learning formats.
- Develop, test, and iterate learning experiences based on learner feedback and data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, digital learning, or a related field.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms (Workday Learning a plus), learning analytics, and content authoring tools.
- Experience working in a technology-enabled, enterprise, professional services, or law firm environment preferred.
- Experience supporting technology adoption or organizational change initiatives strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of learning experience design, learner-centered design, and UX principles.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and modern digital learning practices.
- Experience designing blended and digital learning experiences at scale.
- Familiarity with learning-in-the-flow-of-work concepts and productivity-focused enablement.
- Ability to translate complex content into intuitive, engaging learning experiences.
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and iterative mindset, using feedback and data to improve learning experiences.
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in a complex environment.
