Oversee and review Media Managers' strategic media activation planning and buying across multiple channels for a portfolio of clients
Maximize ROI by ensuring media implementation, budget allocation and audience optimization align with strategy and consumer journey
Utilize client and proprietary data to enhance targeting, provide insights, and maximize campaign performance
Manage and mentor a team of media managers, providing guidance, training, evaluation and accountability
Maintain overall control of workflow, assigned team responsibilities and staffing needs
Provide senior-level strategic media activation leadership and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Planning, BD, CX and Investment to develop optimized media plans and beta/test opportunities
Provide thought-leadership by staying up to date on media industry trends, manage vendor/publisher relationships and identify opportunities to improve performance
Requirements
8+ years of experience in media, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for clients
Skilled in conducting meticulous analysis of platforms, publishers, and channels to select the most suitable options
Experience overseeing flawless execution of campaigns across all channels that meet client objectives and performance metrics
Ability to develop and execute strategic media activation plans across multiple channels (Programmatic, Search, Social, Ad Ops)
Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of media managers, including training, evaluation and accountability
Proficiency in maintaining overall control of workflow, assigning responsibilities, and identifying staffing needs
Skill in supporting team members' personal development through goal setting, on-tracks, and accountability
Skill in maintaining strong client relationships and providing senior-level strategic media activation leadership
Experience leveraging client and proprietary data to enhance targeting and provide insights
Experience working with CPG brand partners and shopper marketing (regional grocer)
