About the role

  • Plan, strategize, and deliver best-in-class creative solutions that meet client needs
  • Design interactive and digital creative across formats including HTML, video, GIFs, and dynamic creative
  • Create mockups, templates, and scalable design systems aligned to client needs
  • Apply visual design best practices and stay current with industry trends
  • Develop dynamic templates supporting multiple creative iterations
  • Support dynamic creative platforms by maintaining databases and facilitating QA
  • Troubleshoot creative, asset, coding, and specification issues
  • Partner closely with internal teams and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to efficiency
  • Keep internal documentation and processes updated

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in animation and interactive design; internet or digital industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Understanding of interactive ad production and multimedia tools; interest in front-end development
  • Proactive in optimizing workflows and improving systems
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and disciplines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams
  • Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results with limited oversight.
