About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inform and define the vision and strategy for the product area
- Define goals and success using clear, measurable objectives and key results
- Build and deliver tools and features to solve customer pain points and drive engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and vision
- Define requirements and guide teams through the development process
- Create well-scoped requirements and stories
- Prioritize work for engineers, designers, and data analysts
- Prepare and contribute to product, user, implementation, and support documentation
- Execute product commitments to deliver meaningful business impact
- Collaborate on go-to-market plans
- Perform deep data dives with data and business intelligence analysts
- Use experimentation to validate hypotheses and advance product goals
- Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Collaborate with customer researchers to identify new opportunities
- Support the real-time claims adjudication platform and integrated technologies and processes
- Improve adjudication capabilities and streamline workflows for retail pharmacies and patients

- Travel occasionally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or professional certification in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
- 3+ years of product management, business / systems analyst, or project management experience
- Track record of delivering successful projects
- Healthcare and pharmacy-related experience strongly preferred
- Claims adjudication experience preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving / execution skills around complex problems
- Ability to deliver large-scale product features and improvements, including zero-to-one initiatives
- Experience writing product features and requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Proficiency using analytics and testing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Willingness to own initiatives outside the scope of the product area
- Ability to clearly present team work to management
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in retail pharmacy
- Compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures
- Vigilance regarding potential security threats and proactive communication with the Security Team
