About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, computer science)
  • 3+ years of product management, business / systems analyst, or project management experience
  • Track record of delivering successful projects
  • Healthcare and pharmacy-related experience strongly preferred
  • Claims adjudication experience preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving / execution skills around complex problems
  • Ability to deliver large-scale product features and improvements, including zero-to-one initiatives
  • Experience writing product features and requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Proficiency using analytics and testing best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Willingness to own initiatives outside the scope of the product area
  • Ability to clearly present team work to management
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in retail pharmacy
  • Compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Vigilance regarding potential security threats and proactive communication with the Security Team
