About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and mentor a team of marketers to deliver high quality marketing campaigns
- Lead go-to-market marketing initiatives for new products
- Develop GTM plans and oversee launches that drive strong initial user acquisition and continued revenue growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of holistic and measurable marketing plans
- Develop and oversee processes for seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities
- Be a hands-on marketer as needed
- Manage day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree)
- At least 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies
- A consumer-centric customer approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
