About the role
- Build out and lead the Brand Marketing function responsible for brand strategy, GTM management, visual identity, messaging, and creative strategy
- Lead the continued development of the GoodRx refreshed brand blueprint and apply that work across departments and customer touchpoints
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring brand strategy to life in a clear, consistent, and compelling manner
- Steward the creative strategy and messaging for upper funnel brand campaigns
- Serve as the “quarterback” across the org in bringing brand campaigns to market with internal and external partners and vendors
- Collaborate with PR, Editorial, Research, and Social Media to develop an enterprise content strategy with key content tentpoles
- Work closely with the Social Media team to translate content strategy into social-first campaigns, content, and activations
- Collaborate with Insights to develop and steward a recurring Brand Health dashboard
- Lead strategy on evergreen brand health initiatives, including naming and identity, to ensure a consistent brand experience with strong brand attribution
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 15 years of developing brand strategies and go-to-market strategies, either within an agency or a brand (both is preferred)
- Strong understanding of brand strategy principles, brand health tracking, and consumer insights
- Extensive experience collaborating with creative, social, and product teams
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Experience in healthcare preferred but not required
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, brand storytelling, and creative enablement skills
